Coherence Podcast is hosted by me, Melissa Wong.

I have always been more comfortable asking questions than giving answers.

As someone who had a tough time figuring out what to really focus her career on (likely a product of too many ideas to pursue in one lifetime), it feels obvious now that I arrived here: supporting multi-hyphenate innovators and creatives figure out how to coalesce all of their gifts into a cohesive career.

I interview people who inspire me with how custom they have made their work fit their strengths, values, and lifestyle and I pepper in my own solo episodes to share deeper thoughts around topics related to career transition, self-employment, the new norm of fluid, hybrid careers.
